Bonus Qualifications
New Accounts
You must wager five times your deposit amount in the Sportsbook Lottery or eight times the amount of your deposit in the Casino to earn your bonus.
When opening up a new account, every single dollar you wager in the casino (except craps), the sportsbook, and lottery, keno goes toward earning your new account bonus.
For example, to earn your bonus on a $250 deposit, simply wager $1250 in the casino, sportsbook, lottery, keno, or a combination of all five as long as the total wagered amount equals $1250.
To review your bonus qualification progress at any time, simply log into the Sportsbook and click "Review Bonuses".
All Bonuses void if the amount deposited doesn't remain active in the account for 30 days. Winnings may be redeemed at any time
Referral Bonuses!
Make sure they tell us you referred them when they sign up. When they do, well add 20% of their opening deposit to your personal account (up to $350).
You must be an active account to qualify for a referral bonus. The referred customer must wager his deposit or the referral bonus is forfeited.

Offshore Action Casino Rules
The following Rules and Policies form an
agreement between Offshore Action and its members.
Please read the following carefully. By registering and
wagering on the Casino games and/or Sportsbook you
indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the
rules.
- Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the
world and it is the responsibility of the player to
ensure they understand and fully comply with any laws
or regulations relevant to themselves in their own
country or state. All members of Offshore Action must
be at least 18 years of age.
- Personal identity and details of all members
will remain confidential. Offshore Action will not
report wagering information on behalf of any member.
This is the sole responsibility of each member.
- Members are solely responsible for their
account transactions and should keep their account
information confidential. Should a member give away,
share or lose his account number and/or password
Offshore Action will not be held liable for any claims
regarding that account.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or
limit any wager.
- All wagers and account transactions will be
monitored by Management.
- Wagers over $10,000.00 for all sporting events
are subject to approval by Management.
- All sporting events postponed and then
rescheduled will automatically constitute a "No
Action" wager, and all money will be credited
accordingly.
- See Sportsbook Info for the types of wagers for
the sportsbook.
- All Internet wagers must be placed through the
user interface provided by Offshore Action on its Web
pages. Any Internet wagering through other means,
including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly
forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved
client software is detected, Management reserves the
right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively,
cancel the player's account, or take any other
appropriate action.
- Members are only allowed 1 active account. In
the event a member opens up more than 1 active
account, all winnings from the subsequent account(s)
will be deemed void.
- Bonus hunters are not allowed in our site.
Management reserves the right to close any accounts
and forfeit any winnings if applicable.
- All rules, regulations and payoffs contained
herein are subject to change and revision by the
Management without prior written
notice.
- Player Propositions are graded No Action if the
player does not participate in the
game.
- Any past posted wagers will be graded No
Action, regardless of a incorrect listed game
time.
